We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with people leaders across departments, developing innovative data-driven strategies to tackle workforce challenges. As a Data Analytics expert, you will enhance our People Analytics strategy to achieve key organizational goals in talent identification, recruitment, retention, and development.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Start Date:ASAP
- Location: On-Site
- Compensation: Approximately $100k, with benefits
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- 3+ years of experience with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights
- Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR and people data
- Ability to translate insights for strategic decision-making
- Infor experience is highly preferred
- Healthcare background is a plus but not essential
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Collaborate with leaders to understand their strategic goals and refine data requests
- Locate and gather data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Create client deliverables independently and monitor progress
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions
- Mentor junior team members
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development
