Position: Cornerstone LMS Specialist
Location: Remote (100% remote, with possible occasional travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Cornerstone LMS Specialist to join our team and lead the ongoing optimization and expansion of our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cornerstone LMS, coupled with experience in performance and compensation modules, data integration, and system optimization. This role is pivotal as we continue converting legacy NetLearning data, rolling out LMS functionality to new departments, and planning the future roadmap for our learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Optimization: Evaluate and optimize Cornerstone LMS functionality, including content management modules and new features that haven’t been turned on post-implementation.
  • Data Integration & Conversion: Oversee the ongoing conversion of NetLearning data into the Cornerstone platform, ensuring accurate and seamless data migration.
  • Articulate Expertise: Convert existing PDFs into engaging, interactive modules using tools like Articulate. Provide support for content creation, but not original development.
  • LMS Expansion: Support the rollout of Cornerstone LMS to remaining departments, including yearly learning, new hire onboarding, research teams, clinical education, and Epic Mosaic.
  • Workday Learning Collaboration: Partner with Workday teams to understand and potentially transition performance and compensation modules.
  • LMS Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the future LMS strategy, including integration with other systems and tools.
  • Testing & Release Management: Manage Cornerstone LMS releases, conduct thorough testing, and oversee implementation of updates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Liz and peers to report progress, address challenges, and align LMS goals with organizational objectives.
  • Content Organization: Reorganize and streamline the content management module to enhance usability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience with Cornerstone LMS, specifically in LMS administration, optimization, and content management.
  • Familiarity with Workday Learning Module and performance/compensation systems.
  • Expertise in converting static documents (e.g., PDFs) into interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate or similar software.
  • Experience with data integration, preferably involving NetLearning and data warehouses.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical processes to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for LMS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Epic Mosaic and clinical education systems.
  • Knowledge of Sympler and its integration with LMS platforms.
  • Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
