Job Details

- Compensation: Approximately $100k
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- 3+ years of experience with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights
- Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR and people data in healthcare
- Ability to translate insights for strategic decision-making
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Collaborate with leaders to align data analyses with organizational data assets and strategic goals
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through data validation and quality control processes
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
