Job Description

  • Title: Service Desk Engineer
  • Reason for Need/Day to Day Tasks/Deliverables, Projects or Initiatives ongoing/upcoming: Responsible for managing service desk, hands on, will also need to help physically set up service desk offices and networks, current IT Director is a contractor and moving on, Need someone who can hit the ground running, manage tickets as well as assist in building out Circle of Excellence team
  • Contract, Contract to Hire or Direct Permanent Placement: C2H or Permanent
  • On-site location and schedule: Washington, DC
  • Will they ever need to travel to the other CinqCare sites? If so, frequency of out of town travel? Onsite in DC daily, may need to travel to set up additional service desks domestically and abroad as organization grows

  • Is healthcare Experience Required? No
  • What technologies will they be supporting or utilizing? Part of Circle of Excellence, Service desk formulation, ITSM Freshworks and ChatBot
  • Top 3 Must have’ s for the role:
    1. ITSM Freshworks and Chatbot experience
    2. Multi-National Center experience
    3. Team lead, must be flexible to do any job within the service desk vertical hands on as needed
    4. Ability to lift 25-50lbs
  • Like to have’ s
    1. Vendor licensing experience (Being able to work with multiple applications, services, etc)
    2. Managing service team
