Summary:
Sr. Application Analyst for Workday (PATT) is responsible for working with Business stakeholders and partners to strategically design and deliver HR digital processes and solutions that drive and sustain operational excellence. This position will be responsible for designing, configuring, enhancing, implementing, and supporting various HCM related processes and solutions. The candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners to establish deep cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday based upon functional areas or projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support
· Provide consultation and serve as a partner to HR, Benefits, Payroll Partners and COEs, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
· Function as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, proactively engaging with user inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
· Collaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security
· Assist in testing of solutions, integrations, security, annual events, and audits
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
· Seven (7) years of job-related experience in similar capacity required
· Five (5) years of Workday HCM experience and training required primarily payroll in a healthcare environment
· Demonstrated a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives without supervision

· Function as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, proactively engaging with user inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
· Collaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security
- Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
· Assist in testing of solutions, integrations, security, annual events, and audits
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
· Seven (7) years of job-related experience in similar capacity required
· Five (5) years of Workday HCM experience and training required primarily payroll in a healthcare environment
- Three (3) years of experience Configuring Workday payroll and time tracking system according to organizational requirements, including setting up earnings and deduction codes, tax setups, payroll calendars, general ledger, Time Tracking rules and other system configurations.
· Demonstrated a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives without supervision
- Experience designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday solutions in a complex environment
- Experience Creating reports, dashboards, Data loads and good understanding of business process framework, integrations, and security
